Order Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your parcel tracking information.

If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours (weekdays), of placing your order, please check your SPAM inbox, following which you can contact us at enquiries@rapidroot.net Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 working days, however there are some items that may take longer.

Order & Delivery Changes

If you need to make any changes to your order or delivery details, please contact  enquiries@rapidroots.net as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that in some instances it may not be possible to change an order after it has been placed, as it may already have been processed by our warehouse.
